Policies
Pre-appointment recommendations
For all color appointments I require clean dry hair along with minimal product in the hair for optimal results.
If your appointment is only for a haircut, a shampoo and blowout is complimentary to that service.
For the extension move-up service(s) the hair must be clean, dry and free of all products. This helps ensure longevity of the installation. A shampoo may be added to this service for an additional fee.
Cancellation policies
All appointment changes, including services, must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment(s). For any changes made within the 24 hour appointment window, there will be a 50% fee for the orginally scheduled services. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to any future appointment(s).
Payment policies
All new color guests are required to pay a deposit to secure the reserved appointment time. This deposit will go towards the total due at the date of the appointment. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, it will go towards the future appointment.
Cash or card ONLY. I do not accept checks, venmo or any other forms of payments.
A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment.
